A limited number of guest rooms have been set aside at the Marriott Hotel and Conference Centre, Toronto. The group rate at Marriott Hotel is $119.00 run of house rooms plus applicable taxes (13%) and fees per day. The group rate is available for reservations from September 5th through October 1st, based on availability. The hotel’s check-in time is after 3:00pm and check-out by 11:00am. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out please contact the hotel directly.

Guest room reservations must be made by Monday, September 30 5:00pm EST in order to receive the group rate. Once the room block sells out, or after the cut-off date of September 30th, whichever comes first, the hotel will accommodate additional requests for rooms on a space and rate available basis only.

To book your room at the Marriott. You must identify yourself as a Delegate to Friends of Africa in order to receive the group rate.

All reservations must be guaranteed using a credit card. A one night’s room deposit plus tax (13%) will be charged at the time of booking.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Guest must cancel 2 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night’s deposit plus tax.
